    The LIVETARGET Slow-Roll Shiner is a realistic paddle tail swimbait made with ICT technology. ICT (or Injected Core Technology) is an exciting new manufacturing process that LIVETARGET developed to create super sensitive soft plastics with hyper-realistic designs. The realistic inner core of the bait is literally injected in to its Exo-Skin soft plastic shell.
